topographical surveys

When you are proposing to develop vacant land or add to an existing development, you need to know how much land you have to work with and what is currently on the land. You also need to know the elevations of the land so you can plan the grading for your site. A topographical survey showing the boundaries of the land, all existing features, and elevations is the starting point for planning your development.
